Taking it easy by the fire

Whilst taking it easy by the fire due to illness I have also been planning my year and with Spring around the corner I am looking forward to another busy one. My diary is looking pretty full!

Taking priority is more trips away in Freddy, our camper van, with Mr G and Bruno but I have some lovely events planned.

I am so looking forward to the transformation of Stan, my VW T4 and daily drive, into Stan the Story Van, the campervan classroom.  We just need some warmer weather but the old school desks that were my children's from Lea School are lined up waiting!

I will be taking him to many events but just waiting for dates and venues to be finalised.

However it has been confirmed that I will be taking part in Notts Open Studios in June running Children's Writing and Illustrating Workshops in Stan the Story Van.  More info to follow

I have also been busy behind the scenes working on the launch of www.purpleandgrey.co.uk new Membership scheme which has been announced this week, offering benefits to artists plus discounts and offers from some fab local businesses as part of our #spendlocal supporter campaign.

The Art Group I co-run at Tansley starts tomorrow too.  Be lovely to see everyone.  New members always welcome. http://www.purpleandgrey.co.uk/art-group.html
